USoS 2020: Florida & Tennessee Final Duels!
As mentioned in our last blog post, we are holding state song selection for Florida and Tennessee. The way these state's songs are being decided for 2020 are via song duels! We held those duels over the last two weeks, and now four songs remain from the original eight.
Results
Using a "duel" system, each state had 4 songs: 2 sets of 2 songs per state. The two winners of each set will now duel for victory. The winners are:
FLORIDA:
The Dollyrots vs. Chandler Daniels (6-1)
Vo Williams X UNSECRET vs. Nya (6-1)
TENNESSEE:
Darby vs. Kelleigh Bannen (5-2)
William Tyler vs. Built By Titan ft. Joe Kirk (6-1)
The two remaining songs for each state now duel it out. The winner becomes the entrant for that state in 2020! The person who submitted the winning song will also receive credit for sending the entry.
